 | The Northern Air Temple is thousands of years old. It was one of the four temples of the Air Nomads, and one of the two (the other being the Southern Air Temple) which exclusively housed male Airbenders. It is located in the mountains along the Northern coast of the Earth Kingdom continent. However, its population was wiped out at the beginning of The War during the Air Nomad Genocide. The temple is notable in that a population of Earth Kingdom refugees, led by The Mechanist, had settled and had created a large amount of technology here.
| 0 | 0 | | |  The Southern Air Temple is located in the Patola Mountain Range, and houses both male and female airbenders. It is one of the two active Air Temples. The Temple is built on top of a high cliff, and is very difficult to reach without a glider or flying or climbing animal. It also has an Air Temple Sanctuary which resides a vast number of statues of past Avatars.
| 0 | 0 | | |  The Eastern Air Temple is located in the mountains southeast of the Earth Kingdom, and houses both male and female airbenders. It is one of the two active Air Temples. The Temple, unlike the others, is made out of three big pagodas, which are built on three separate mountains, connected by bridges.

Unlike the other temples, it was built underneath the edge of a cliff rather than on top of a mountain, making it very hidden. It looks like is was built upside down.
